1. Cancellation Policy:


 If you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time, no charges will apply.
 If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled service time, a visit or scheduling fee may be charged.
 If the professional has already arrived and the service is refused, minimum service charges may apply.


2. Refund Policy:


 If you are not satisfied with the service, you must raise a support request within 24 hours of   service completion.
 Refunds will be processed only after verification and internal review.
 Depending on the situation, HoversHelp may provide:
   Full refund
   Partial refund
   Free re-service
   Or a suitable alternative resolution

3. Refund Processing Time:


 Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
 Refunds usually take 3 to 4 working days to process.
